Two years to file directly in court, or EEOC complaint, three years if the discrimination was willful. Requires equal pay for equal work, but it's tricky--same location, rule out seniority, skill requirements and a host of differentiating factors. Studies trying to identify the sources of differing pay still come up with about a 12% difference unaccountable by anything but discrimination.
