		<description>Well, we&#039;ve got that 1963 Equal Pay Act, preceding even the Civil Rights Act....  Two years to file directly in court, or EEOC complaint, three years if the discrimination was willful.  Requires equal pay for equal work, but it&#039;s tricky--same location, rule out seniority, skill requirements and a host of differentiating factors.  Studies trying to identify the sources of differing pay still come up with about a 12% difference unaccountable by anything but discrimination.  I am personally on an age discrimination crusade...good luck and have a great time in the APPLE!</description>
