I just stumbled on your site and I think that it is a fabulous way of connecting with other mums.
At 60, I still have vivid memories of being a young 22 year old mother. I was very blessed in having other young mums in the neighbourhood. We would meet and share our joys and frustrations, learn from each other and grow together with our children. Today, we all see ourselves as an extended family even though we have been living in separate neighbourhoods for the past 20 years.

In most cases today young mums don't have the time to socialise in their neighbourhood community. Life seems to busy to interact with one another and motherhood can be lonely. I see a need to recognise the gift of motherhood - no matter what age - young mums can learn from the wisdom and experiences of grandmothers and likewise the grandma's can learn from the younger ones.

I am thinking of starting a group to create a community of mothers, ministering to each other with a celebration evening - Mothers Are So Special. Does anyone have any suggestions that could help kick start the group?
Please contact me via email.

Keep up the goodwork.

LOVE it. Laughed at loud at the little man. Got goosebumps halfway through. This is what it is all about. Feel like I have known you my entire life. True sisters. Can't wait to see you again......
